REFUND POLICY

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@onepuredropperfume.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return it. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

You should inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also not returnable, unless they are damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. The original payment method will be automatically refunded if approved. Banks and credit card companies may also take some time to process and post the refund.
